Do route Lat/Longs get converted when adding via SDK?

I am creating a new route programmatically, and I am successful in adding that to the server. However, when I open the mission in the UGCS client, they seem to have transformed into other values, and can't find the elevation. Is there a transformation when the lat/long is sent to server?

I'm using EPSG 4326 for my coords.

First attached screen grab shows the cords in VS, and the second is the transformed values.

Please specify lat/lon values in radians before send it to server.
