As new in UGCS cannot start video from mashine on the screen of my laptop. Only I can see is image from built in laptop camera. I feel it is something with video server configuration. When I solve this problem, I believe, I'll be able to stream video straihgt forward.

Hi, video streaming from Android device to UgCS on laptop will work only in next version (UgCS 2.10). And yes, it will be posible to stream video from UgCS video server to any client.
