Trouble connecting to Naza V2

I'm just now trying out the software before I decide if we buy it.  However, I am unable to get my laptop connected to my Drone.

I'm not sure what is wrong, as it appears as though the 2.4ghz data link is connecting to the naza, because I am able to see and control via the iPad app, but I'm not able to see or connect to the Windows laptop and UGCS.

Any thoughts?

  • Hi Cliff, could you post screenshot? I don't understand what do you mean under "can see" if you can't see telemetry.

  • I can now see/connect my quad,  But I'm unable to see any of the telemetry data.  Altitude, Battery , RC Link, All show N/A.

    Why is this?

  • Hi Cliff,
to connect Naza-M v2 to Windows laptop you should connect DataLink to laptop using USB cable and install DJI drivers.

  • On my Android device I have to go to Settings>Mobile Hotspots and Tethering. And turn on Mobile Hotspots. This allowes my computer to connect to my phone and so the app to the desktop app. Perhaps there's something analogous to this on the iPad.
