About Me:

I am afghan, currently living in Australia. I am just so much in to planes FPVs, UAvs robots and more

Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

Well i got interested in electronics in the age of 10 when we moved to Pakistan from Afghanistan. there i was working in a electronics repair shop. my aunt's husband makes RC planes and i loved it. when we moved in Australia about 4years and 6 months ago i saw all these shops and the facilities so me and and a friend started making RC planes. we only had 4 servos one futuba 6ch transmitter a reviver a battery and a brushed motor. We went over internet going through websites and watching videos . about RC planes and finally we made one a 4 ch(we had never flown planes before) It was made out of balsa wood it was very good looking took us 2 months to build it. in 24august 2008 we went to fly it . but my friend crashed it. So i started buying small heli copter(IR palm size) took it apart and made micro flying indoor planes. then 2009 i bought a glider air frame for around 35 bucks and made it a 3 Chanel plane. i flew it in a park near by till my brother crashed it. now i know of UAVs, and MAVs but can't afford to buy it so i go on every website and just look at the pictures. dreaming of having one which i can't because i need money and that's what i don't have and a job........ so yeah,,, but inshallah (god willing) when i get a job I'll make one and post pictures on internet.
