arducopter on hexacopter motor rpm unstable on hover

I just finished building my 550 hex. Im having problems while holding the hex on my hand and let it hover, the motors seems jerky and overcompensating.

 

looks like the vibration is causing it. Which parameter should I adjust? I got rid of the osci
