This appears to have changed since 1.2.29. Now when clicked the button changes to "Click when done". Is there a new process that needs to conducted here? Nothing appears to be happening and the HUD does not indicate a level quad.

All ESCs have been calibrated and motors run up smoothly with the throttle through the entire range when connected directly to the receiver. When connected to APM 2.5, motors jump to near full speed with little throttle input. THR_MIN is set
