What are these for APM2?

I just received an order of an apm2 and telemetry kit and got these two parts in the mix can anybody tell me what they are for or point me to the right point on the Wiki.

Live Camera output

Could any body recommend  current compact digital cameras that are able to output there live screen image so that it could be downloaded via video transmitter that has analogue av inputs.  Currently I have a Canon 220hs with usb and mini hdmi outputs
