3D Robotics IRIS+...Jerky when switching waypoints??

Hi, I wanted to see if anyone else was having an issue with the IRIS+ or APM software period. 

Whenever I have a route that is autonomous, I get the iris+ to hover, then place into AUTO on the RC. It then follows everything I had on the DROIDPLANNER2
