With regards to flying UAV's/UAS (Multi-copter/Fixed Wing) units in Angola, for survey purposes (agriculture or construction), are there any Laws/Rules/Regulations or procedures governing this process?

I'm looking for a place in South Africa that is able to do an infra-red conversion on a canon s95 camera.
If there is such a place/company, is there an alternative camera to the s95 that is easier or better to preform the conversion on?

I have recently assembled my first multi-copter.
The next step is to add a camera for aerial photography. I'm looking for a camera that is light weight, but can also produce some quality imagery. The Canon S100 looks idea.

I'm looking at purchasing an Arducopter for some basic aerial surveys. What I would like to know, is it possible to get a flight time of approximately 40min-1 hour with a pay-load of about 700-900g.
