APM 2.0not recognized via USB on Win 8.1

Hi Supporters,

i´ve no glue how to get a right connection on Windows 8.1 with my APM 2.0.

With Win 7 it was working realy fine but my Slate has crashed and could not be repaired. 

So now i´ve a Win 8.1 Toshiba Satellit but i could´nt get it working with
