Frequency for PID computation

Hello,

 

what must be my PID regulation frequency for my QuadRotor?

 

1ms, 10ms, 100ms?

 

It seems ESC for Brushless motors can't change values under 20ms, so it is not necessary to compute PID quickly?

Where i can find propellers for my Quadcopter : 10"x4.5" or 12"x4.5"

Hello,

 

i'am in France and i can't find propellers for my quadcopter.

I have 4 Turningy C3530 and i am searching 10"x4.5" propellers  with 6mm axes holes.

Where i cand find it?

 

Do you think i can try to use 12"x4.5" too?
