I'm a junior-year physics major at Fort Lewis College in southwest Colorado. I like to climb mountains and explore quantum gravity theories for alternate propulsion/transportation systems (a long way off, but it's what I do :)).

Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

I got a Nano QX for Christmas last year, and bought a Phantom 3 Standard only a few weeks later. It's been a lot of fun, but the lack of intelligent flight modes gets me; the Mavic Pro looks cool, but it's expensive. I need a way to practice coding, and if I can build my own smart drone, it seems like the perfect route!
