Help with lidar on a Cube please.

I am an oldtimer that is going to put a Benewake TF Mini lidar onto my quadcopter. My flight controller is a Cube Orange with Ardupilot firmware.

Benewake TF Mini Ground Level Adjustments

Sorry I'm still a bit green when it comes to electronics and such. I installed a Benewake TF Mini onto my Pixhawk quad-copter and then opened Mission Planner. On connecting the altitude in the flight data read at being 5 feet above ground level.
