PhD EE in MEMS, RC enthusiast ~10 yrs, learned to fly on 3D foamies, prefer to fly my easy glider & scratch-built fiberglassed flying wings that go ~100MPH (very slow and very fast).
Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest
I like every aspect of UAVs from possibility of custom-designed planes to the MEMS sensors to programming to controls and dynamical systems. I have some ideas on computer vision too.

"Duncan Higgs figured out that too high a voltage causes this problem. I switched mine from 5.58V to 5.25V and it works fine. I think 5.0V would be perfect. The thread is here: XBee no GPS"
