About Me:
During daylight (and many moonlight) hours, I work with Quanser. Quanser has been involved in research and teaching of engineering with over 2,000 universities worldwide. Part of these teaching tools / research tools are UAV systems. As part of my work, I've visited close to 100 universities and have seen dozens of UAV projects. I'm also involved in mobile app development through my company, Keetsy, which developed an app for iPad based on an idea by Seth Godin.
Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest
I have a B.Eng. in Aerospace Engineering and have been working with several universities on unmanned vehicle projects. My capstone project (back in the day) was a search and rescue UAV. My interest is to see a day when UAVs are: - easily programmed - ubiquitous - replaceable - provide realtime monitoring of almost everything land based
