Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

I gained an increased interest in RC flying with the mosquito micro helicopter in 2008. The interest, although passing increased upon seeing the Black Hornet recon UAV in a documentary. I thought, it'd great if this technology were available for the average citizen. Upon hearing more about the hobby slowly from people, I realized that flying FPV was a real possibility for the average person like me. I started buying cheap quadcopter toys from Fasttech and Banggood and Gearbest online - such as the FQ777 micro drone, the Syma X5C, the Alien XK 250, a hexacopter and another microcopter from JJRC because flying is such an awesome experience. I thought I'd like to expand on the hobby as this is a field I have completely no experience in - as it would broaden my knowledge base and challenge me. It certainly has - now I'm stuck, trying to build an internet bought ZMR250. The problem is, I'm an English teacher and I have no real clue how these things work. My interest in joining this club is to learn more and immerse myself in what seems like a great community of enthusiasts and experts.
