Looking for large BWB or large thick-aerofoil-flying-wing 3D model or plans

Is there anyone who could help me with finding some plans for large (2-3 m wingspan) blended-wing-body plane or flying wing with true aerofoil? (note that there is difference between BWB and flying wing. I prefer BWB.)
