I'm a mechanical engineer and building a fully-functioning UAV has always been a life dream.

My goals are very high: make a real UAV. What do I mean by that? I mean I want to build one that operates just like the Predator, minus the weapons of course. I want to make a water-balloon-bomber that I can pilot from my desk at home. Like I said: VERY high goals.
