Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

I recently got into RC helicopters, then found out you can make it fly itself! Obviously I had to do it. I also decided I might as well make it into an independent study and get credit for it. My current (and first) build is a 450 size helicopter, ArduPilot Mega 2.5+, uBlox GPS, board camera and video transmitter. Just finished putting it together, now just trying to tune it. Almost there...

"It is zip tied to the belly of the helicopter directly under the main shaft. It has two foam/rubber strips between it and the frame to help with vibration. I'll take a flight and post up the logs. Thanks!"
