ArduIMU vs UAVDevBoard

Can anyone describe the differences between the AdruIMU and UAVDevBoard in terms of capabilities? I would like to get started with UAVs and I want to use an IMU based system. They both have a full six dof? Why did I read the ArduIMU uses gps for yaw?
