First flight with iris+... crash... what went wrong?

I'm totally new to this hobby... Just got a iris+ and installed missionplanner.. Like I normally do with equipment I make sure that it got the latest firmware.. 3.2... I downloaded it and every thing should be OK after I made a calibration, or? On
