Pitch doesnt responds in RC Transmitter in IRIS+

The pitch stopped responding in the RC Transmitter that came along with IRIS+.

Please see the pic attached. Its always maintained in a value and never changes.

Camera not cenetered on the me during follow me mode

I am using IRIS+ and tested the follow me mode recently. It works well. But the gimbal doesn't center the camera on me. Instead it was just facing downwards. It was powered and the video was stabilised but the camera was not focused on me. Please hel

Gimbal always facing down
