Well I am recently retired at 56 years old. I worked as a mechanic and then as a heavy equipment operator.

I build my first drone around 6 years ago and feel in love with the hobby. I was flying RC planes and helicopters before that. I found planes not challenging enough and helicopters almost too challenging and was looking for something in between.
