ESCs will not arm

Hi. My build is really frustrating me. I've gone through and calibrated my turnigy 9x to my APM 2.5 board. I've successfully calibrated my TBS Discovery ESCs. However once I have calibrated the ESCs, I cannot arm them. I am running the latest code on
