About Me:

I have been a professional portrait photographer for the last decade, but with a tech background. Started programming years ago in ASM, then C, and since like with all things that fall out of practice, forgotten most of it. I love working in the arts but my left brain screams out at me to play with something logical, and so here I am on DIY drones to have some fun.

Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

always wanted an RC anything and this was technical enough to make it fun for me. I have been on these forums reading and learning for the last year, but only now just joined. I have APM 1.4 and APM2 (just burnt out the v2 by connecting my backup battery to the power rail on my reciever and not my backup port like I was supposed to). I am using an XAircraft 650x frame, and all custom everything else.
