servo works in AUTO mod at waypoint, and from transmitter switch also

Dear friends,

Here is a problem , may you can help me to solve:

I want to set one outupt on APM to set a servo for 3sec(for example: from 1000pwm to 2000pwm.) at waypoint.

I aslo want to control this servo from transmitter switch during auto and manual
