What happens if GPS and Radio Signal is lost?

I am planning to use UGCS with my WKM systems. I wonder what happens if the RC Radio signal and the GPS are lost at the same time, but the data link connection is still good? Is there any possibility to control the aircraft via UGCS in this situation

The manual states "to connect DJI vehicle to UGCS you need 2.4G data link" I have 900mhz data link. Does it work? Thank you.
