Pixhawk data dump

Can anyone tell me if there is a master file showing the units used in the data log files.  I've created a .mat file and read that into mat Lab.  So for example AHR2 has data in columns: 

'LineNo'
'TimeMS'
'Roll'
'Pitch'
'Yaw'
'Alt'
'Lat'
'Lng'
