3DR 915mHz air module problem

Air radio green light is solid. red light is dim and blinks slowly.

Cannot connect to the air module. Have tried plugged into the APM 2.5 and with FTDI cable (on both a Mac running bootcamp (Windows 7) and a Windows 8 machine both with the latest FTDI
