Octocopter 2.6 Motor #6 is weak

Motor #6 on my hexacopter seems to be weak or receiving a lower input from the controller that the rest of my motors. If I apply a little pressure to the prop cone I can stop the motor from spinning. This cannot be achieved on the rest of my motors.
