I can not calibrate throttle channel

my setup:
Mission Planner 1.3.28
ArduPlane v3.3.0
When I try to calibrate transmitter (initial setup-> mandatory HW-> radio calibration-> calibrate radio )
I am not able to calibrate throttle channel. Slider work well but red lines ( corner case value
