Pixhawk crashed on a mission

Hello Folks,

My pixhawk was sent to a mission and while it was on the way, it got crashed. it came down spinning

I have the logs, can i expect some help here?

Hello Folks,

Im a UAV pilot and while im flying the Pixhawk with super simple mode, i feel that the pitch and roll input gets mixed up randomly a few times when the quad is near the home

Im using APM copter v3.3.3

Is it a known issue? any fixes please?

t-motor 380kv beeps before arming

the T-motor 380kv used with pixhawk keeps on beeping until the pixhawk board is armed

is it an issue? or is it normal behaviour? can any one assist
