I've owned a drone since one of the first DJIs became available and have always wanted to build my own. With the cost and complexity increasing rapidly in the prebuilt market, I think I'm finally ready to take the plunge and build my own (much simpler) drone. I've been into the maker and DIY culture since the 90s and really respect people who are building their own anything.
