monster copter, couple of problems

Hi, im new here,

 

i have build lets say monster copter.

2.7kg.

frame size 110cm x 110cm engine to engine about 80cm.

props 14 inch.

engines 1250watt

esc 130amp

and it can lift about 5kg.

 

problems.

can't get PID's to work..

can somebody tell me what
