problem with RTL

after a radio loss (I was at 1200m ) , my quad is remained stationary for more 1mn20 before returning

The  RTL  snaps but the quad down from 117m to 47m and go back to 117m 

the FC is a minipixhawk AUAV X2 , and copter is 3.21
