Hello, i am wondering what the distance from the border a diy drone would be allowed to fly. I am 20 miles from the border at home in North Dakota. I can't seem to find the right links.
"I can say that no where in the near future will drone spray planes be allowed. As a holder of a private applicator license for farm use in ND, it wouldn't be allowed. Drift is a major concern, how would it be able to tell when the drift is too much.…"
