I found the only way to "tame" my quad is to use weight setting on the taranis.
I have Race, cruise, & slow set up as different mixes as follows.
Race .
Elevator set as 100,
Yaw 100
Rudder 100 %
Cruise
Elevator set as 80,
Yaw 70
Rudder 70 %
Slow

Read more…Whilst rebuilding I have used my setiings from my previous settup, and then ran autotune.. result is slightly higher pids. Very responsive, Flys nice, loiter is a little shakey.
I'm wondering is it best to start with defaults and then run an autotune?
