Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

Hi everyone, I’m excited to join the DIYDrones community! I’m currently focused on advanced drone engineering, autonomous control systems, and high-performance applications, and I’m looking forward to connecting with others who share these passions. Right now, my workbench is split between three main platforms: Fixed-Wing VTOL (Stallion): Developing this platform for advanced operations, running on ArduPilot. S500 Payload Quadcopter: My primary testbed for payload integration and ArduPilot tuning. High-Speed Demonstrator: I'm in the process of building what I aim to be the world's fastest drone, targeting the 700-750 km/h mark using Betaflight. On the technical side, I’m deeply invested in mathematical modeling, control systems, and pushing the limits of autonomy. I’m currently working on integrating a perception and planning stack using an A603 board for advanced control. Ultimately, my goal is to bridge the gap between hobbyist builds and commercial or startup applications. I'm actively exploring cargo drone logistics, robotics implementations for mining and security, and the freelance market for dual-platform pilots. I joined DIYDrones to level up my flying and tuning skills, share my progress on the VTOL and speed builds, and learn from the wealth of ArduPilot and autonomous systems knowledge here.
