EDIT March 4th, 2013: Thank you very much for your feedback and patience!  We've got a good to-do list now, and rather than keep two stores up and running, we're going to take the beta site down until we're ready with all of the great feedback you provided.  It will be back again soon, but if you'd like to place an order now, please visit our current site at:  http://store.diydrones.com

In conjunction with updates to the documentation, we are also rolling out a new store! It's now in beta, so we're rewarding the brave folks who are willing to help us wring out the bugs. Only a small number of product categories are currently enabled; if what you want isn't among them, please use the regular store, which will continue to be the main way to buy gear until we take the new store out of beta.

    Hi John C,

    Just attempted to order an APM 2.5 at the sale price and the following occurred.

    Although an hour ago, when I added the APM 2.5 Ublox and Power Supply to my cart it showed the 25% discount.

    I was not ready to order at that time and deleted it from my cart.

    When I retried it just now an hour later it doesn't show the Beta tester discount at all.

    It is simply no longer showing your sale discount at all even when you go to check out.

    It also would not recognize my log in.

    Really wanted to buy this and it does not seem possible.

    Just tried to order another APM2.5 w. uBlox & power module with the discount, but cart shows full price (and I was at the new store via the link in the DIY post offereing the discount. Also tried to log in with my existing 3DR username/password, it's not recognizing that either. Hope this gets sorted out by tomorrow night as I definitely want to take advantage of the discount offer.

    OK, got it. Backed up to the address page and pressed "Continue" again and this time it worked. Or so you've fooled me into thinking.

    Excellent! I see you've fixed the ability to buy an APM without the telemetry option. So imagine my disappointment when I got into the checkout process, name, address, whatever, only to end up at a screen that says, "We're sorry, but something went wrong." So near..... yet so far.

    Ummmm...Is there an Alpha Tester discount on top of the Beta Tester?

    I ordered my APM - could not resist the 25% discount.  However after I placed the order and pressed customer invoice I got another page with authorisation failure. Why?

    Is it 25% off at the regular store or does the discount only apply to the current store? Also wasn't the 915 MHz kit $75? Now its as much as the 433 (I think that's the frequency) MHz kit.

    @Rob: canadadrones.com is more expensive to buy from than 3DR direct, even with the FedEx hidden charges. I wish Danny the best with his business, but it seems post costs from CA is cheaper for us on the west coast. I use USPS since it doesn't have hidden costs, and the amount I have saved in costs essentially insures future purchases.
    I agree, if the PX4 was on the new site, my wallet would be lighter ;-)

    We're working on a few things right now, and will have some updates out shortly.
