  • bGatti is right. Ive seen people open this (or at least very similar) up and route the serial line to a psp's serial port for homebrew navigation. Might be a good deal. You never know till you try ;-)
  • It looks as thought it transmits serial through a bluetooth chip.
    In that case, it most certainly has ttl serial lines on the board somewhere...
  • Ebon is moving into free land, and it's in fashion!! http://www.ebontek.com/product/16/34/134/eGPS-6500.pdf But it looks like it's less expensive on clearance, and is the connector only for charging? wouldn't want to have another wireless transmitter & receiver next to the RC rx, wireless modem, and video transmitter?

    Seriously, I'm considering trying a ublox, the 406 that I have seems to not work now. It accepted the programming, (the led was bright, and now is lit dimly), but it won't get lock. maybe the cable connectors are not good after many repeated repluggings to program ardupilot with old shield, or maybe I should turn on some print messages to see if ardupilot is receiving any serial data from it. and other advice?
