There are no provisions in the House Bill except to delegate sUAS/UAS authority to the FAA. The Senate version has an amendment which basically allows only recreational operations by members of "National CBO's (IE: AMA). The senate amendment would essentially ban all recreational use of sUAS outside of the AMA.
Very bad amendment since the AMA bans full and semi autonomous sUAS and severely limits FPV.
These Bills are BAD for us. Nothing in these bills so far protects us. Please read them yourself instead of taking others' word for pushing to get them passed.
