I have posted the second video in the series as the first is REALLY basic stuff!
The great thing is that they have a virtual Arduino uno which you can experiment with to start understanding the code.
The virtual Arduino uno application can be downloaded from http://fritzing.org/download/ (Source + Windows, Mac and Linux binaries are available)

My Arduino in currently on duty in the barn attempting to catch a rat. So far without success. I guess his code has been refined over a longer period of time.
