So this is the first flight on my second DIY frame. this one is entirely made from acrylic. It worked fine right off the bat. I did notice at about 28 seconds in it did a little seesaw and then stabilized fine. It worked really well until the second forth flight i was about 2 feet off the ground, just in a hover and it decided to flip upside down and drive its self into the ground. :(

This is it before the ESC's were soldered up. it looked great when it was done. After the upside down drive in to the asphalt it does not look the same. one arm broke off and I think the frame is irreparable. it was a fun project but now i am left wondering if i should go back to aluminum or not. over all there were some good points to the acrylic, it was light and cheep. all in it cost me $25 to make the frame.
Hi Brian,
Looks very good, sorry to hear about the flip, not good! I don't know if you saw this post and the second video, sent my quad in twice yesterday, both times MY fault :(
Regards
Martin
