This is by the well-known YouTube videographer Devinsupertramp. Lately he has partnered with an RC aerial photography company and has been using multicopters for almost all of his videos. Probably the best example out there right now of the kinds of amazing shots a professional filmmaker can get with UAVs. Don't know how the people he's working with have managed to avoid attention from the FAA, but they've done some amazing work for his videos.
If you look closely, a lot of the most popular YouTube channels are using multicopters. The Piano Guys did a music video featuring some aerial shots made with one a while ago too.
About the copter. Looks like that one

Did you see the cool arch swing video? It was awesome until some kid trying to emulate what he had seen in the video smashed his brains all over the rock. These douchebags take some admittedly cool looking video but fail when it comes to showing the experience needed to attempt the same.
Omg did you watch the Water Jetpack video from this channel!!! I'm moving to California or Florida and buying one of those!!!!!!!
I used to want to jump cliffs as a hobby but didn't think I could afford all the new pairs of underwear! :P So I took up drones and R/C instead... Bad choice! :)
I'm the one holding the transmitter ;) Seriously, that's the only job on that set I would take. Now if it was out over water, I maybe persuaded!
