    That URSUS certainly does look the business. I think the airframe should be designed to do one task and be able to survive! You have to have lots of tools in the box to get a range of tasks done. There is no one size fits all.

    @Gary,

    They usually wind up being beyond most users' budgets because they are usually a "do all" design or there is no follow through from the party (think Gemma Jane here) that is committed to supplying the kits.

    I like the Polish URSUS mentioned in my post above because it flys well, has plenty of interior room, can be customized and is of reasonable cost. It also has a large following on RC Groups.

    Hi all,

    Take a look at this EPP FPV model from Poland: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1325273&highlig...

    It sells for a little over a $100 USD plus shipping. It is a complete kit. Just add servos, motor, battery, and receiver. I have the XXL version on pre-order for shipment near the end of January.

    Regards,

    There are hundreds of useful plans on RCG this one has fantastic instructions, so off to the hardware store for some foam ;-)

    I wonder why this community seems to roundly fail when it comes to a group airframe. The ratio of fliers to programmers is perhaps wrong (expecting flames for that)

  • yeh im interested in this one
