its time to remove the gimbal from the drone?!

The weight savings on my TBS Discovery would be very good :)

Just found lots of videos of this new feauture and people are getting pretty good results with this "new tecnology".

What you guys think? dumb idea or it should work ?

Yawn...GoPro 6 had EIS. More hype. Loss of 5% of the image area! A gimbal maintains a parallel relationship with the subject, which this does not; inherent distorting the perspective. I'll wait for GoPro 10 when it really really really works! Just keep the gimbal.

GoPro haves a much higher FOV, specially in SuperView mode, Think i will just try in a fixed position ;)

I will test it, just for fun, have nothing to loose, except time :D
