I have to agree with Robert, a lot looks staged, coffee cup is empty, just for starters, we dont know what is below could be trees or a roof top. unit in the distance have trees out front. I would not fly from that height in that area but that's me, I have had enough failures to know better ;)
Staged or not, and I think it was, is irrelevant. Who would fly in such a congested area above crowded sidewalks. I sure wouldn't want to be liable for a broken windshield or stitches in some random persons head.
I have a spirit glider and if you launch it from the top of a hill when it gets lower than you are there is no way of telling how high it is off the ground when you are looking down on it I noticed the same visual effect as the hex was descending before they blacked it out I am with R.L. a LOT staged !
The whole thing looked a bit... no, a LOT staged. I'm assuming there was no GPS flying going on. They flew out the window in manual, came back, put a coffee on it, then restaged it and flew back in the window in manual.
+1 Greg, just why I said at least 500m from structures etc etc for the latest T3 and that was flagged as too harsh by some.
Its not quite the same size but last years S-100 crash and fatality demonstrates that GPS have issues. We are all playing at the cutting edge lets be careful.
That is the best example of of how not to operate a copter that I think I have ever seen. Did you ever think what would happen if that thing malfunctioned and tumbled down on someones head. Maybe you should use your head a little bit and not post dangerously irresponsible flights on a public forum. Or at least post a disclaimer that you are not in the US. I really love my hobby and don't want it banned. And no, I didn't enjoy the video.

Can you teach it to get some Dr. Pepper? I don't drink coffee but I sure could use a Dr. Pepper.
