  • Probably made in the same factory ;)

    @Euan,

    Besides marginal QC, their order processing and shipping is getting to be pretty slow too.

    I ordered 4 car brushed ESCs on Nov 21st. The parts did not ship from HK until Nov 29th and here it is Dec 20th and I still do not have the parts on my doorstep.

    I hate it when I have to order from them in HK. The USA warehouse is much faster and obviously closer to where I live in the USA:-).

  • Sorry - I'm boycotting HK after their diabolical support this year. I even got two of their APM clones - both failed. QA appears to be missing too.

  • For the price it's quite tempting. Unfortunately it's all the unknown that scares me - like a potential GPS fly away or in flight failure of some kind. I will still pay the extra $150-odd for Pixhawk or APM. Besides, I bet a whole lot more of R&D, testing has been done on Pixhawk and APM. Plus throw in the large community of support!

    I'm too scared that I might lose my multirotor or damage/injure someone/something.

  • It's an IdeaFly controller clone, you can see it in the QuanumTools pdf file, page 11...

    Is the IdeaFly a NAZA clone, I don't know...

    If it is, then this one is a "sub-clone" of the NAZA... ;-)

  • I am very interested to see how it performs

    So NAZA forums will have folks looking for support for clones as well now ;-)
