Four channel, talks over wifi, app works by pseudo-stick or tilt control, mysterious reference to "video function", failsafe... seems pretty nifty!
It looks like the unit joins a hard-coded network name, and the password is printed on the receiver.

So the receiver creates a stand alone wifi network that you connect your device to? What would be really cool is if you could connect your receiver to an existing network and use it as a bridge to control your machine. It would be useful in a place like a university which is blanketed by wifi.

I would not trust a touch screen controller on a plane or a quad but the hardware looks interesting. They're also seems to be 6 channels but the app only supports 4.
Very interesting. But it says the range is just 100-120m, so you won't be using it for much outdoors.
