So when i first got into copters, i saw i could but all sorts of frame, but to be honest, they were boring and more importantly it was not challenge or any fun to just build a out of box frame, so i decided i would laser cut my own frames.
Now i will point out, i sell these frames, but i can also design a custom frame for you, the frames sell for $30 each
a custom frame costs $35.
I can also custom make other things for you that use the laser cutter.
The frames can also be made form various color acrylic if you do not want plywood.
they cost $40 as acrylic is far more expensive,

Thanks Jared... I couldn't find the hobbyking motors you're describing... could you point me to them?
yes i hate motors with fat mounts and all that rubbish, i have hobbyking 870kv and 750kv brushless outrunners (bell type)
They have a very long 2mm shaft threaded almost all the way from top to bottom
Jared, what motors are you using on the 2x 3 blade props? It seems the shafts have a proper collet and are not the "push-on" variety for prop mounting?
hmm, balancing is not actually such an issue because of lower RPM
Maybe I should try out combining two 8in 2-blade props and make a 4-blade. I bet balancing them will be a challenge.
it is very easy, i put both props on the motor shaft then applied some epoxy nudging the center hubs to make sure they were in place, but initially i just tightened them between two bolts which works fine
Jared, those are some nice designs! and +1 on Randy's comment on your laser cutting skills.
Do you have a close-up/details of how you attached the 2x 3 blade props?
oh and with the 6 blades it is actually really quiet, the camera had its mic decibel boosted so it sounded louder cause some people liek the sound of these tings
you guessed it, two set of 3, and yes infact 1 bladed props re better ye but you know what, it looks awesome and gives so much power, the thing is like a tiny rocket on steroids with a rocket strapped to its back
